At Amazing Kids, we believe in creating safe, joyful, and engaging environments for your children. This Next Gen experience is for infants to ages 11.
To ensure a safe and meaningful experience for every child, we have limited classroom capacity. We encourage families to arrive early.

Check-in closes promptly 20 minutes after the Sunday Experience Times (ex: 9:20a and 11:20a).
For Special Events: childcare registration closes two days before at noon. Visit the event calendar to register.

Children cannot stay between the 9:00 and 11:00 experiences. Our team resets and sanitizes every room in between, so please check out and check back in.

Some children experience the world, and church, a little differently.
Superhero Support is available for children who may benefit from additional guidance, sensory accommodations, one-on-one attention, or extra support as they participate in Amazing Kids.
Our Superhero Support Coaches come alongside children and families to help create an experience where each child can feel safe, supported, included, and able to engage at their own pace.

Coming Sunday
At Amazing Church, we want every child to feel safe, supported, and seen. If your child receives additional care through our Superhero Support Coach, this form lets us know that they plan to attend Amazing Kids this coming Sunday.
Please complete this form between Monday and Thursday so we can assign his or her coach and prepare a peaceful, fun experience for your son or daughter.
Monday through ThursdayLet us know before Thursday ends so a Support Coach can be assigned for Sunday.

Important Note
We are committed to providing safe, loving, and personalized care for every Superhero. Because this support is intentionally structured, we are only able to welcome Superheroes when a Support Coach is available.
If we are unable to assign a coach for your child on a given Sunday, we will contact you by Friday to let you know. In that case, your child will need to remain with you in the main experience that Sunday.
We appreciate your understanding as we build a support system that truly honors your child's needs.

Children must be checked in before the cutoff time to attend that day's Amazing Kids experience.
Once checked in, you'll receive a security tag that matches your child's name tag. Please hold onto it, as you'll need it at check-out.
We kindly encourage families to arrive early to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in for everyone.
Check-out opens immediately after the experience ends. Only adults with the matching security tag or in-app code will be allowed to pick up a child.
If you misplace your tag, an ID will be required and verified by a team member.
For the safety of all children, please remain behind the designated sign and avoid walking to the classrooms. Your child will be brought to you from their assigned area.
No. Between the 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM experiences, our team resets and sanitizes the rooms to ensure a clean, healthy environment.
We ask that parents and guardians follow the check-in and check-out instructions for each experience.
We have the absolute joy of serving some extraordinary children we lovingly call Superheroes, those who may benefit from extra support, sensory-sensitive environments, or 1-on-1 attention.
To help us serve them well, we ask that families of Superheroes notify us in advance if their child will be attending. This allows us to:
- Assign the right support coach
- Prepare their room and resources
- And ensure their experience is peaceful and powerful

Amazing Kids provides a light snack during the experience for Nursery through 5th grade.
To keep your child safe and happy, please:
- Feed them before check-in. We don't serve breakfast.
- Update your child's profile in the Amazing Church App with any food allergies or dietary needs
This helps us care for your child with excellence and avoid any snack surprises.
For events, you must pre-register. Childcare registration closes at noon two days prior to the event.

We occasionally take children outside for supervised play on our secured playground, and we also capture photos or videos during Sunday experiences to highlight the life and joy of our church.

HELP US KEEP AMAZING KIDS SAFE & HEALTHY!
We love your children and want to provide a safe and healthy environment for all families. To protect everyone, we kindly ask that you keep your child at home if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
- Fever of 100.4°F or higher in the past 24 hours
- Vomiting or diarrhea in the past 24 hours
- Persistent cough or difficulty breathing
- Unexplained rash or skin infections
- Eye infections such as pink eye
- Flu-like symptoms including chills, body aches, sore throat, or fatigue
Please ensure they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours without medication before returning to Amazing Kids.
